Prestige Hong Kong Marks 11 Years of 40 Under 40

On Wednesday, 9 July 2025, Prestige Hong Kong ushered in its 11th year of 40 Under 40, celebrating the leaders, innovators, and changemakers who positively impact Hong Kong’s community through their achievements. The celebration, held at LOUISE in Central, was hosted in partnership with Hennessy, Moët & Chandon, and Purdori.

To match the French colonial backdrop of LOUISE, honourees and guests arrived dressed in Garden Party Chic attire, prepared to forge connections and build on their visions for the future.

The evening commenced with welcome speeches from Jon Wall, Managing Editor, Prestige Hong Kong and Oceana Ou, Managing Director & Publisher, BurdaLuxury Hong Kong.

“It brings me great joy to be here with all of you tonight to celebrate 40 Under 40’s Class of 2025,” said Ou. “Not only are we joined by esteemed alumni from previous years, but we have with us our honourees for this year, spanning foodies, artists, architects, musicians, athletes, and trailblazing entrepreneurs who serve as a reminder to us all that Hong Kong’s future is capable and in chic hands.”

Ou then handed it over to triathlete and 40 Under 40 2025 honouree, Ruby Cheng – a qualifier for the Ironman World Championships – who gave a short speech on the power of resilience. Following Cheng’s speech, musician and 40 Under 40 2025 honouree Wan Pin Chu enhanced the energy in the room with a special Erhu performance.

The programme was followed by a video showcasing Prestige Hong Kong’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2025. Honourees spent the remainder of the evening networking and expanding their connections provided by Prestige’s platform, all the while enjoying performances by DJ Chris Chan and illusionist Henry Harrius.

The 2025 honourees left the celebration with a customised champagne bottle courtesy of Armand de Brignac.

40 Under 40 remains one of the most celebrated campaigns for Prestige across the region, with Hong Kong having marked its 11th year and Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia set to announce their respective Class of 2025 later in the year.
