Life at BurdaLuxury with Mookfee Nantanapramoth

Her attention to detail from inception through to execution is second to none.

Tell us about your journey at BurdaLuxury
My time at BurdaLuxury has truly been an incredible journey. It’s rare to find a job that allows you to explore different scopes of an industry while nurturing your creative vision. In a relatively short span, I’ve gained both personal and professional growth, yet there is still so much to accomplish and contribute.

What’s the most exciting part about your job?
The most exciting part about my job is overseeing challenging events from start to finish. Managing 360 degrees of every aspect from strategy to execution. The joy is in confronting obstacles head-on and swiftly finding solutions on the spot. Since I’ve taken on this role, it has continuously taught me to plan three steps ahead.

What’s a milestone that you’ve been proud of achieving?
When I joined, I was tasked with orchestrating Season 1 of the Prestige High Flyers’ Club within 4 weeks. Initially, we only had a concept and a few confirmed speakers, but despite this tight timeline, our team successfully secured the venue, sponsors, partnerships, participants, and executed marketing ads. Organising the event and emceeing at the same time was the best experience ever.

What inspired you to work in publishing/media?
I’m passionate about mastering the art of organising events and forming valuable partnerships, whilst also entertaining as an emcee.

If you could travel to anywhere in the world, where would you go?
Anywhere I can still do my job but must have Pickleball and also a flight to Lithuania so I am able to visit my family.

What were some of your biggest influences growing up?
My biggest influences were my mom and my uncle. My mom has never backed down from a challenge and my uncle is one of the smartest and coolest people I know.

What is a project that you’re currently working on? (If you’re at liberty to say)
I am currently working on 3 different Masterclass projects at the moment. Our newest Masterclass, The LSA Club, which launched last month is aimed at reaching a completely new community for BurdaLuxury. It’s exciting because we have never targeted this audience before, but with the support of the team I am confident that this project will make a positive impact in Thailand. I hope we can eventually expand it regionally as well.

Lastly, why BurdaLuxury?
It’s workplace culture. Having an understanding boss and great colleagues makes all the difference to me. It’s the ideal environment where I feel supported and valued. What more could I ask for?
