On the evening of Wednesday, 26 November 2025, Prestige Hong Kong welcomed a new cohort of 35 leading women into its Women of Power Class of 2025. The event, under the theme Golden Glow, was held at The Macallan House, in partnership with Chow Sang Sang, The Macallan, and Saicho Tea – bringing together a community of women who are trailblazers, industry leaders, and changemakers.
The evening marked the fifth anniversary of Prestige Hong Kong’s Women of Power initiative – one that has now resulted in a powerful network of over 100 women locally, and over 450 women across the region, including chapters in Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand.
The event commenced with opening remarks from Oceana Ou, Managing Director & Publisher, BurdaLuxury Hong Kong and Peter Cheung, Advisor for Prestige Women of Power.
In her address, Ou reflected on the resilience and determination of the community, noting that despite challenging times, the women of Hong Kong continue to push forward and create positive impact. On Women of Power, Ou said: “We aim to bring together dreamers and changemakers, united by their ambition to challenge the status quo. By working together, we transform Women of Power from a simple list of names into a dynamic network with a clear purpose and social impact.” She emphasised that the goal is to create an inclusive environment, and a safe harbour for women to feel uplifted and ready to inspire the next generation.
Cheung echoed these sentiments, noting that the fifth anniversary is symbolised by wood – a material that represents strength, resilience, and deep roots.
The evening’s agenda featured a series of thought-provoking discussions, including:
- Nurturing Women’s Health Across Generations delivered by Tricia Yap, one of Hong Kong’s leading health coaches and the founder of Limitless.
- Leading a Family Legacy into the Future, a panel discussion that featured Genevieve Chow, Chief Brands Officer & Executive Director of Chow Sang Sang Group, and Christina Chong, Director of Business Development at V-Mark Aviation Company, and was moderated by Jon Wall, Managing Editor, Prestige Hong Kong.
- Redefining Talent When AI Does the Work delivered by Jennifer Ma, Founder of ARCH Education and Former Group Chief Strategy Officer at CTF Education Group.
Prestige Hong Kong’s fifth annual Women of Power event concluded with a special performance by DJ Tiff Chan.
