Prestige Singapore Women of Power 2025: The Art & Science of Thriving

Prestige Singapore Women of Power 2025: The Art & Science of Thriving

On Friday, 1 August 2025, Prestige Singapore celebrated its fourth annual Women of Power event, honouring the remarkable achievements of Singapore’s diverse and dynamic female leaders at Pan Pacific Orchard, in partnership with AIA International Wealth, Louis Vuitton, and Penfolds.

In its fourth year, Prestige Singapore honoured 26 inspirational women who are driving positive change across the nation – these women hold titles that span CEO, Managing Director, Executive Chairman, Founder, and Board Director. This year, the event comprised of two panel discussions: Hacking the Wellness Code and Crafting a Legacy. In addition, there were two thought exchange sessions: Communicating with Intent by Feon Ang, Managing Director (APAC), LinkedIn, and The Power of Gentle Reinvention by Rachel Lim, Co-founder of Love, Bonito and Founder of RachReflects. Prestige Singapore’s Women of Power 2025 was hosted and moderated by Hongbin Jeong, MONEY FM 89.3 Presenter.

Lena Kwek

The event commenced with a welcome address from Lena Kwek, Managing Director and Publisher, BurdaLuxury Singapore and Malaysia, who emphasised the honour and purpose of bringing together a room full of strong women every year – amplifying the importance of women empowerment and leadership.

Kwek’s opening remarks was followed by the first panel of the day – Hacking the Wellness Code – where Antoinette Patterson, Co-Founder and CEO, Safe Space; Anna Milani, Head of Physical and Cognitive Performance, Chi Longevity, Founder and CEO, Sparkd; and Riyana Rupani, Founder, Everiday Foods and Healthy-ish & Happy took to the stage to shift the conversation around how women perceive health and wellness and the ways in which AI can offer ethically and empathetically personalised recommendations.

Next, Feon Ang and Rachel Lim, took the audience through two insightful thought exchange sessions, shedding light on the importance of communicating with intent and the power of gentle reinvention.

“We are at a pivotal moment when the skills that are needed for work are going through transformation. If we look at statistics, over 70 per cent of skills needed for jobs will change. It’s important that people understand the need for continuous upgrading, and ensure they have relevant skills,” said Ang. “But it is very important to learn and to consciously apply what we learn and to be intentional about the knowledge and skills we are pursuing.”

The final panel of the day, centred around Crafting A Legacy, featured Michelle Yaw, Deputy Director, Senior Specialist, Sotheby’s; Peggy Quek, CEO, AIA International Wealth; and Anthonia Hui, Board Member, Asia Community Foundation and Leading Council Member of The Majurity Trust.

“I am deeply committed to fostering a collaborative team culture,” said Quek. “I believe true success comes from empowering every individual, ensuring everyone feels valued, and working together towards a common goal. It’s about collective strength, not individual dominance.”

Notable attendees at this year’s Women of Power event include Anna Vanessa Haotanto, CEO, Zora Health; Tjin Lee, Founder, Mercury Integrated; Winnie Chan, Co-Founder & CEO, Bynd Artisan; Germaine Tan, Radio Presenter; Louisa Leow, Senior Strategic Manager, Global Beauty International Pte Limited; and Eileen Goh, Chief Creative Officer, DMK.

The event concluded with networking opportunities for attendees.

Prestige Singapore’s Women of Power continues to provide a platform that recognises and celebrates the achievements of women and their contribution towards Singapore’s society.
