Prestige Thailand Celebrates 40 Under 40: Class of 2024

On Friday, 11 October 2024, Prestige Thailand celebrated its seventh annual 40 under 40 event, held at The Okura Prestige Bangkok in partnership with Bulgari, Cavallino Motors, InvestHK, Seasons, The Macallan, and Scarlet Platinum M Card.

Staying rooted in its mission to bring together the nation’s 40 most influential individuals, this year, Prestige Thailand’s 40 Under 40 list comprised of entrepreneurs, fashion designers, chefs, CEOs, managing directors, hoteliers, and recording artists.

The evening commenced with emcee, Napat Prinrojnkeerathi, settling the class of 2024 in to the ballroom of The Okura Prestige, in preparation for a lovely three-course sit-down dinner before handing over the reigns to Björn Rettig, CEO of BurdaLuxury.

“It brings me great joy to welcome you all here this evening. Over the past few weeks, Prestige as a brand has celebrated its 40 Under 40 campaign in Malaysia, Singapore, and last week, in Hong Kong,” said Rettig. “So it is with great pleasure that I induct Thailand’s 40 Under 40 into the class of 2024. You are all here tonight because it one way or another you have created a positive impact socio-economically and are helping shape Thailand and its future.”

Following Rettig’s welcome speech, this year’s honourees enjoyed a three course sit-down dinner accompanied by a live jazz band performance, whilst fostering cross-industry collaborations as they were presented the opportunity to get to know one another better in an intimate setting.

Later in the evening, Prestige Thailand’s 40 Under 40 honourees were each presented with an award to honour and celebrate their impact and achievements. Assisting Björn Rettig, CEO, BurdaLuxury and François Oosthuizen, Editor-in-Chief, Prestige Thailand in the awards ceremony were Nandhamalee Bhirombhakdi, Managing Director, Cavallino Motors Co., Ltd; Warisara Praisankul, Commercial Director, Bulgari; Panakorn Dejthumrongwat, Head of Investment Promotion, InvestHK; Chavawat Sutthinark, Brand Manager, The Macallan; and Voralak Tulaphorn, Chief Marketing Officer, The Mall Group.

It was an evening that not only highlighted and celebrated the achievements built within the community, but was also filled with camaraderie and laughter that truly underscores unity and offers a sense of belonging that makes clear that Prestige remains at the forefront of building Asia’s inner circle.
